  • The 100 Day Project

The 100 day project is a fun, creative project that has been around for many years. You can find more information regarding the project at https://www.the100dayproject.org/. The website is really informative, there are videos, past projects, podcasting, etc. If you have never heard of this project before, I would recommend starting there.

I have been (trying) to complete the project for a few years and have not had much success. This year, I am ready (I hope). I am planning to make journal trading cards, which are my version of artist trading cards (more info here). I think this should be relatively fun and help me to use up some of the crafting supplies that I have been hoarding.

In order to help me stay on track, I created a zine to document my journey. I have made that zine available for you here, for free. Maybe it will help you too.

I intend to create 50 cards over the 100 day period, so if I need some time to catch up, I will have it. Check out my youtube video below and let me know about your project! I am also considering having a weekly online meetup, let me know if you are interested email thesomedaysociety@gmail.com.

  • Be Your Own Valentine, Self-Love Journaling Session + Sneak Peek at BYOV Night

In this video, I’m sharing a sneak peek of our “Be Your Own Valentine” self-love zine while journaling through the prompts in my Paper Republic leather journal. This event was all about embracing the idea that the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one you have with yourself.

  • January Journaling at the Hoyt Library

Start the year with a journaling session focused on renewal. We’ll explore what it means to let go of what no longer serves us, notice where we feel called to refresh our energy, and uncover small, meaningful ways to cultivate a sense of new beginnings. We’ll create space to clarify what renewal feels like for you and set the tone for your year ahead.

In the second January session, we’ll turn inward to explore intention: what matters most, what we wish to invite into our lives, and how we can move forward with clarity and purpose. We’ll build intentions that are grounded in your values, strengths, and hopes for the year. Leave with a clear sense of what you want to nurture in 2026 and a renewed connection to your inner intentions.

Journaling sessions use guided prompts to encourage reflection, self-care, and personal growth. Each session concludes with a meaningful guided meditation corresponding to the theme of the session.
