Is it finally time to get our Halloween journals and planners out? I think so!

Come along with me as I get ready for October 2026 with a full Halloween and October planning extravaganza. I’m setting up my October journal, preparing my planner stickers, putting together my October Planner Zine, and gathering all of my favorite seasonal stationery.

I’ll show you my handmade October sticker sheet featuring marigolds, opal, tourmaline, Libra, Scorpio, Halloween imagery, and daily numbers and days of the week for journaling and planning. I’m also putting together my Halloween-themed October Planner Zine, with weekly themes, Halloween planning pages, journal prompts, notes pages, and plenty of spooky details.

Then it’s time to build my October journaling kit! I’m putting together my Halloween journaling bag, coffin-shaped pen case, watercolor pencils, fountain pen, waterproof ink, glue, scissors, pens, highlighters, and all the little things I like to have nearby when I journal.

October is one of the few times of year when I really embrace COLOR, especially oranges, greens, blacks, and all those wonderfully spooky Halloween shades.

I’m also trying to solve one of my ongoing stationery problems: how do you organize all the stickers, paper ephemera, and supplies you’ve lovingly collected so that you can actually FIND them when you want to use them? If you have a great stationery organization system, I want to hear about it!

And, of course, there’s a little discussion about blue ink. I have feelings. Do you?
